LIVE EVENT THEME AND PRESENTATION DESIGN

Built for a global pharmaceutical client, Relentless was developed as a bold, high-impact visual theme designed to reflect momentum, resilience, and forward-thinking innovation.
I led the creative direction and execution of the entire presentation from initial theme development through to live show delivery. The design language centered around strong typography, kinetic motion, and a refined, modern aesthetic that elevated complex scientific messaging into something clear, compelling, and visually powerful.
Beyond the core look and feel, I designed a fully customized presentation template to ensure consistency across multiple presenters and sessions. Every element was built with flexibility in mind, allowing for real-time adaptability while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
In preproduction, I partnered closely with producers and stakeholders to refine content, structure decks, and prepare show-ready assets. This included managing slide flow, integrating motion graphics, and ensuring every detail was dialed in ahead of showtime.
Onsite, I operated graphics for the live event—executing transitions, managing last-minute updates, and supporting presenters in real time. The environment required precision, speed, and a deep understanding of the content, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
In creating a theme for an event based on the theme of "Relentless", the client wanted to do something memorable and different, something with energy and movement. I experimented with many concepts to best represent this idea but the final concept drew inspiration from the movements of our eyes as they experience something extraordinary. The widening of the pupil paired with a slight grunge aesthetic as a way of carrying on their theme from the previous year.
The final design was displayed/created for both widescreen and smaller 16:9 ratio screens throughout the convention.
